Group tours are generally provided to large groups of Visitors from different places or countries gathered together to depart for a trip on a fixed schedule. Though Flexible itinerary is not provided due to conflict in individual interests, however, group of visitors from the same organization are provided certain flexibility to change their itinerary within a given time bound. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m) & transfer to hotel
Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by Abha Travel & Tours representative and transferred to hotel. After check in, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion, introducing with your Tour guide. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the tour program. Overnight in hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Today after breakfast, we start a guided sightseeing to historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites that include the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambhunath) and Buddhists shrine (Buddhanath) which is one of the largest Stupas in the world.
Day 03: Patan & Bhaktapur Sightseeing
After breakfast we drive you to Patan to explore different cultural, religious and historical places such as Patan Durbar Square, Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor temple, Krishna Temple, Golden Temple and many other places .You feel as if Patan is an open museum showcasing intricately carved windows, intrinsic roof struts, statues of gods and goddesses, temples designed in pagoda style with erotic carvings and repoussé metalwork facades and many other exquisite facets. You will also get to see handicraft centre in Patan .After Patan we continue drive to Bhaktapur where you visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Art Gallery, Statue of King Bhupatindra, Nyatapola Temple and fifty-five windowed Malla Palace. Here you will find unique culture and finest display of craftsmanship. Then we drive back to Kathmandu for overnight stay in hotel.
Day 04: Drive to Pokhara, en route rafting
After breakfast drive to Pokhara through the scenic highway on the bank of the Trisuli River. Stop at Fishling for 3 hours rafting on the Trisuli River. And continue drive to Pokhara, transfer to a Hotel.
Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty and the second largest city of Nepal. This is situated at an altitude of 827m above from sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. This enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. This valley is the most famous trekking starting gateway for world famous trekking areas such as to Fishtail, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri area and for rafting destinations.
Day 05: Drive to Dam Site and Trek Begins
Today, we begin our 3-day camping trek in the beautiful Annapurna region of the Himalayas. After being introduced to the porters and cooks, a bus will take us to Dam site from where we start trekking on to Bhumdi (1500m), we will camp our first night at Bhumdi.
Day 06: Trek to Panchase Bhanjjang
After a breakfast by the camp-fire, our trek continues on to Panchase Bhanjyang. We pass through lush rhododendron forests to the traditional settlement of Bhanjyang which offers great views of Pokhara Valley and the Phewa Lake. Tonight we camp at Panchase Bhanjyang.
Day 07: Climb Panchase Hill & Trek to Bhaduri
This morning we will climb up to Panchase Hill (2500m) for better view of the nearby peaks which include Dhaulagiri (8167m) and Manaslu (8156m). After lunch, we follow the trail down to Bhaduri where we spend our last night camping.
Day 08: Finish trekking & return to Pokhara
Our short camping trek ends today with an easy walk down to Naudanda where your vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Pokhara. The afternoon is free to wander around or relax at your hotel.
Day 09: Cycling trip to David's Falls & Shiva Cave
Today begins with a short cycling trip to the local tourist attractions of the legendary David's Falls and the important local religious site at the Shiva Caves. The afternoon is free to enjoy Pokhara or take a rowing boat out on to the lake or visit the local market.
Day 10: Drive to Bandipur and explore the village, School visit
This morning we leave Pokhara behind as we start the drive to another rural town- Bandipur. Bandipur is an ancient trading town with stone-paved streets, temples and an interesting old bazaar which we pass on the way to your hotel. In the afternoon, we arrange a visit to a local Nepalese school and other popular sites.
Day 11: White water rafting & Drive to Chitwan National Park
After enjoying a beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas, we leave Bandipur and head to our put-in point on the Trisuli River, where you have the chance to experience some white-water rafting on a moderate grade. We provide all necessary rafting equipment and pre-trip instruction about rafting . After rafting we drive to Chitwan National Park, which is located in the southern Terai region.
Day 12: Full day jungle Safari activities
You have an early breakfast before beginning your activities in the Park with a jungle walk or jeep safari, followed by an Elephant back safari in the afternoon. Over the next two days you'll have the chance to explore the jungle and look for all kinds of animals including Rhinos, Sloth bears, Crocodiles and the elusive Tiger. In the evening, we take a short walk to one of the nearby Tharu villages to experience local culture and lifestyle.
Day 13: Safari activities. Return to Kathmandu
Today we begin a canoe trip on the Rapti River and spot out many different birds or crocodiles that live in and around the river. We also visit to the local and important Elephant breeding centre where you have the opportunity to learn more about these incredible creatures. In the afternoon we drive back to Kathmandu . Overnight in hotel
Day 14: Free day in Kathmandu
Today is a free day for you to explore Kathmandu on your own, last minute shopping for souvenirs or try any of our extra tour options such as the Everest Mountain flight. In the evening, we will arrange a farewell dinner for the whole group at one of Kathmandu’s local Nepalese restaurant.
Day 15: Final departure
Your time is free today until we transfer you to the airport in time for your onward flight journey
